Macbook Pro Battery Life

I play a lot of games on my computer than drain the battery fast so i tend to leave my macbook pro plugged in for long periods of time (which i know is bad) but i was wondering how bad actually is my battery so i found the location of cycle counts and the information looks like this

Should i be worried? not charged my computer lasts about 45 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes with low settings.
