Q: My MacBook Pro keeps restarting

My MacBook Pro keeps on restarting (several times in a day) and giving the following message:

"Your computer restarted because of a problem. Press a key and wait a few seconds to continue starting up"

Any help will be appreciated

    If it is a kernel panic log it and post it here:

    Mac OS X: How to log a kernel panic

    Otherwise after a restart open the Console app in Finder>Applications>Utilities and look for log entries at the time of the problem and post suspicious ones here

    By the way I did  Reset SMC and PRAM last  night and i have only had the issue only once today

    Can you tell us what you were doing when your MBP crashed? I came here to report a very similar problem that occurs whenever I use QuickLook to look at pictures on my MBP. Perhaps we have the same issue?

    I would just restart in most cases if it was idle for sometime and I start working with it.
