Q: photos library icloud

I have iCloud library open on all my devices and am trying to download my library of photos to my iPad and iPhone. the iMac photos app shows that photos from the library are uploading, but they are not showing up on my other devices. Any suggestions? I've spent two nights on the phone with Support, who were great, but it seems like the photos aren't uploading.

I have figured out the problem. I now have all of my photos on my iMac and on my iPhone. Ran out of storage on the iPad. Wondering if it's worth 9.99 a month to increase the storage. Meanwhile, I'm culling out many, many photos I really no longer need. All available on icloud.com anyway.

Just to be sure - where are you deleting the photos you no longer need?

If you delete on any device that is syncing with iCloud Photo Library the photos will be deleted from all devices and no longer be visible at www.cloud.com as well.

Thanks! I have already started purging out the poor shots, like those of the floor, when I accidentally press the camera button. I really appreciated this support community. I find I can always find an answer. AS
