Kernel Panics since upgrade to OS X 10.10.4

I continue to have Kernel Panics since I upgraded to OS X 10.10.4. I upgraded with no problems on 6/30/2015 (Also upgraded to Xcode Dev 6.4 on 6/30/2015) Starting on 7/3 Kernel Panic, 7/5 twice, 7/8 and 7/9. I believe all of the Kernel Panics happen when the MBA is in sleep mode. When my MBA is hooked up to the various peripherals the Wifi is turned off and the MBA is hooked up to a USB to Ethernet cable. In past posts I've seen supposed issues with Antivirus software. I do run Sophos 9.2.7 Home Edition.

Thanks for any help or suggestions

Thanks, I'll first remove the Sophos and see if that is the source of the problem. But are you saying remove the driver for the USB to Ethernet cable? Because if I turn off the USB to Enet and unplug it won't that be the same? It should only load when it is active and attached.

Jul 10, 2015 6:18 AM in response to Barney-15E

Thanks, Barney and Eric. No Kernel panic so far and the MBA has been up for day and half. I tend to think it is the USB to Enet adaptor since it's shield started coming off. I have a Thunderbolt to Enet adaptor but don't have enough ports since I installed the G-Tech 4T HDD. I'm looking for a dock with extra thunderbolt ports.

As for the TRIM Enabler I don't have another SSD, but could this be the reason:

I made this MBA mid 2011 able to use the Continuity feature from Apple.

Good morning all,

I am also having the same issue, getting several panics a day, just bought my macbook pro too, and is my first one. Any suggestion by looking at my report?

I didn't think my post was hijacking this thread, was just posting my report since it was a similar error, so I could also get some help. Thanks for your suggestion, was thinking the same.

How is this

panic(cpu 2 caller 0xffffff8004ba909c): Failed mbuf validity check: mbuf 0xffffff809945fa00 len -13 type 1 flags 0x2 data 0xffffff809945faae rcvif en3 ifflags 0x8863

similar to

panic(cpu 2 caller 0xffffff800ddc1eae): "launchd died\nState at Last Exception:\n\n"@/SourceCache/xnu/xnu-2782.30.5/bsd/kern/kern_exit.c:363

short of the word, "panic," or any of the rest of the panic log?
