iTunes on Mac is multiplying songs in playlists when syncing with iOS since Apple music is enabled

I've got a Playlist now with over 17000 songs which originally had about 2-300 before Apple music. It seems not all songs but a few including some albums are multiplying everytime it syncs with the iCloud playlists i updated before on my iOS devices. iTunes crashes when i try to delete the 10 thousands of songs 😠
