Q: hi all. please help me.

hi apple users. im having a bad problem with my iphone 5s. back in the day, i was try to reset my device to factory setting. once the device reboot,it stuck on apple logo n the loading bar not moving. my phone now stuck in recovery mode. i already try to restore my device using latest firmware ios8.4 and latest itunes 12.2. to many times i try and to many errors i have fix. until now, error 17 still appear. please help. tq
