hello, pages and numbers update correctly, but keynote are in a rare state.

it never download, and all time are waiting.

I tried to erase the app, but when it tab "eliminar" doesn't happen anything:

User uploaded file

Seems like iOS don't know keynote app, but still the icon on the spring board. If I go to settings I find this:

If I go to the App Store I found this: but keynote app icon are on the spring board.

Hello, This are a few solutions for this problems, iWork Team send me this:

(The first method didn't work for me. I used the second method, but if I don't had my Keynote files in iCloud, all of my local documents go to ****.

To unstick the update, we’ve received reports of success with several methods. I’ve listed a couple below, starting with the least evasive. Before trying any of the suggestions, we recommend backing up the device.

Store Account Toggle
1. Sign out of the App Store

2. Hard-reboot the device (press both the Home and Power buttons at the same time and hold them until the device restarts)
3. Re-sign back into the App Store, careful to use the same account where the iWork apps were purchased

4. Attempt to re-start the update

Delete the iWork App in Settings and re-download

Note: Unfortunately, if your iWork files are not stored in iCloud, then deleting the iWork App will also delete the iWork files currently stored with the iWork App. The files may be restored if the device is restored from a recent backup.
1. Open Settings
2. Tap General
3. Tap Usage
4. Under “STORAGE", tap Manage Storage
5. Tap the iWork App (it may have a blank name)
6. Tap Delete App
7. Hard-reboot the device (press both the Home and Power buttons at the same time and hold them until the device restarts)
8. Download the iWork App

If the 2nd method does not work, be sure:

- step 4, the right thing is getting deleted under “STORAGE”, not “ICLOUD”.

- step 7, be sure you are holding both buttons until the device restarts.

- some users report needing to complete the 2nd method a couple times before the app installs successfully.
