MacBook Pro - Bluetooth Connection

Hey, im trying to connect these two, but only get a notification in the top corner saying "ensure network access is enabled"

Can anyone please tell me where to change this setting.... or indeed sort out this connection please.

likely an issue with expectations rather then a tech one

this is what the ios devices does in terms of bluetooth

you can't sync or transfer files using bluetooth unless an app in each end that use the PAN profile is used

and teething does not require a bluetooth pairing as such
