Q: error code 0x80020063 on mac desk top when burning dvd

I cant burn a dvd anymore . I have changed and bought new dvd but still not able to burn.. This is the error i get every-time. error code 0x80020063

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

    Another help source (if you haven't already done so).

     

    Go to your OS Help Menu.  In the search field type dvd

    Click on all the troubleshooting topics & Support Articles that pertain to  your issue.

     

    You can also do the same in Disk Utility.  Open same up.

    At the bottom left of the window, click on the purple button w/the "?" in the middle.

    This will bring up the Help Menu.

    Make sure the DVDs are not dirty, smudged and/or scratched.

    Does your Superdrive accept the media? If so, maybe the lens should be cleaned or try quality media such as Verbatim (Macs are finicky about which media works). Or, the drive could be malfunctioning - vertically installed drives are not known to be error free or reliable.
