Are you trying/have turn on such sharing?
Did you sign up for a service like "Google Photo backup"? If so, that app will need the Port 8770 opened to have access to your iPhoto library to back up the photos to the Google Photo Backup. (When I set up my Google Photos App on my Air, I set it up not to backup my iPhoto library (for the time being), but I found out that Google Photos is still requesting access to the Port 8770 to access the iPhoto library. I don't know why.)
