Why do I get a WebKit2WebProcess.exe - Entry Point Not Found error when launching Safari w/Win7Pro 64?

I get a WebKit2WebProcess.exe - Entry Point Not Found error when launching Safari w/Win7Pro 64? I have uninstalled Safari, restarted and reinstalled it, and still get the error. The body of the error reads "The procedure entry point_STPaintSegmentedControlImage@52 could not be located in the dynamic link library SafariTheme.dll"

This started on one computer after updating a couple forensic software programs on 5 different machines.

Ideas? Recommendations?
