Cannot start new station (artist/song/album) on PC iTunes.

I am facing an issue with artists/ songs stations, on PC iTunes: When I Click New Station from Song, New Station from Album, or New Station from Artist, nothing happens. On iPhone and iPad Apple Music App, otherwise, the action is successfully completed.

Tried to uninstall and re-install, but no success.
