Q: apps
I lost my iPhone and i bought new one. will i be able to access and use my apps from my lost phone to my new one?
how do i do that?

If you backed up the previous phone to iCloud or iTunes, you can restore from the backup. Transfer content from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to a new device - Apple Support
The apps aren't included in a backup but you can sync them from iTunes as discussed in the above link.
You could also open the App Store app on the new phone and tap Updates, then tap Purchased and download them again that way.
