IIt says I got a free iPhone 6 from the apple website for apples 20th anniversary. I can't tell if this is fake because I've seen comments about how other get an iPhone. Is this real? If it is do I have to pay for shipping?

More than likely it is fake. Look at the header information in the email. The domain is probably not Apple. Apple is not giving away phones.
I would say that the chances of that being valid or about a good as having snowballs in your know where.

I Think Apple released its first computer in 1984, so they have been around a lot longer than 20 years. The iPhone is not nearly that old either. It's a scam.

Actually Apple is going to be celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2016, and its 40 years of incorporation in 2017.
It was officially founded by the Steves, in 1976. And incorporated in 1977.
I just got a similar message on my iPad and now it's frozen. Any suggestions as to how to fix this?
Double press the home button and flick Safari up (assuming that is the browser you are using). Go to Settings>>Safari>>Clear History & Website Data.
