My new Apple bluetooth keyboard letter/number keys do not work but the function and tab/arrow keys do. Is there some way to activate the letter keys?
iMac (24-inch Mid 2007), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
Assuming the keyboard is not defective. Using your mouse, go to Settings>Bluetooth turn Bluetooth off. Turn off the keyboard. Turn keyboard back on. Go to Settings>Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth back on.
Let me know if that fixes the problem.
Unfortunately, that solution didn't make the keyboard work. Got any other suggestions? Is there some sequence of function keys (which do work) that need to be entered, or something else? Thank you.
