Can't change Apple ID for App Store

Greetings,


After changing my regular Apple ID and Password today I can login to the Apple site alright but I can't login to the App Store. It gives me an incorrect Apple ID and I'm not able to change it. Any suggestions?

Hello,


There was no problem logging into Apple.com using my current email address which is my regular Apple ID. The problem is I can't access the App Store since it gives me a grayed-out Apple ID that is different from the ID I use to login to Apple.com. The App Store has some how stored an email address from my webmail account??? How that happened I haven't a clue. Anyway, I went into my Keychain to see if I could discover a problem there. No luck. 😕


I guess I will have to call Apple support and see if they can solve the problem unless you have and another idea.
