after charging from cpu an inadvertant restore was performed. can I retrieve messages, photos and emails

It sounds like your iPhone was restored accidentally, and you'd like to recover data that was on the device.

If so, try restoring from an iTunes or iCloud backup using the steps in Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
