Last night, my phone began to get stuck on the apple logo and not turn on. I tried everything that I had found online but nothing worked. So I decided to wait until morning to see if it would fix itself (It didn't). I finally decided to restore my phone, which worked but I lost all of my photos, contacts, apps, etc.
The last time I backed up my phone was 2/16/14 and I've tried to back my phone up with that but, it wont let me.There are multiple phones that use my account and it will let me back my phone up with other phones files, but when I try to do mine, it says that it is not compatible with my device. I also tried using Wondershare which let me use my backup file, but I would have to pay $70 to actually get my stuff back on my phone and it would only be photos from last year. I have no idea what to do to get back my stuff. Please Help!!
