I can't seem to sign up for the iOS 9 public beta, my friend was able to. I go to the beta.apple.com website and all... I use my Apple ID and it is correct, but when I click sign up (or sign in too) it just refreshes and does not take me anywhere, Am I too late to sign up?
[UPDATE]: I was informed by my friend that indeed I was too late to sign up as the deadline was July 1st... oops😊 (please confirm)

I have the same issue but signed up well in advance of July 1st, I even got the e-mail from Apple yesterday to download. I'm lost for a solution however so if anyone has any advice it would be greatly received.

Same issue here.. I was able to do the IOS9 beta last night with no problem... but this morning I can't get into the OSX site.
Make sure you allow cookies in your browser.
Same issue. My laptop can sign in, but my iPad cannot.
I Can Not Confirm Any Deadline Date. I am a public beta tester and have never herd of this deadline. If this Problem Persists Please Contact Apple Directly.

Who would you contact at Apple??? How? I have tried to install since the release and there is no one who knows anything except to send feedback AFTER it's installed.
