my ipod (4th gen) wont sync to my computer or let me restore it HELPPPPPPPPP

i have a 4th generation ipod touch and im trying to sync it on itunes on my new laptop, when i plug it in it tells me that it is already regestered on too many computers, but the problem is that i dont have any of the computers that it was origionally syned too. i was told to restore (erase all content and settings) but i am unable to do that because the restrictions passcode is diffrent then my passcode to get into my ipod and i have no idea what that one is. what do i do?
