Q: Black spots on photos taken with rear camera iPhone 6 Plus

Hello,

5 months ago I purchased the iPhone 6 Plus.

Yesterday I wanted to shoot and I noticed there was a black spot on photos.

How can I fix this?

the device did not fall !

I'm having the same problem. My phone is well protected with a casing since Day 1. Some users said it's because the lens is dirty, probably dust got into the camera. This is very embarrassing...a device with such premium price tag should not be having such problem. I'm going to bring it to my service provider and get a replacement and the whole process will take about 30 working days (phone send to distributor for replacement and then they send back another unit). That means I'll have to look for an extra phone while waiting for the replacement unit. Very dissappointing.
