Q: how do i share videos to my camera roll because it says i can only share videos and not videos

It sounds like you may be trying to add video to your Photo Stream. The "My Photo Stream" does not support video, however, Shared Photo Streams do support video, and might be used to accomplish your goal.

My Photo Stream doesn't work with video.
