When I click the Photo option in my Itunes 12.2.0.145, there is no folders at all. It was grey box and the message shows " Copy Photos from..Learn More". Folders are missing to sync. Please help me in this.

It sounds like you are not able to sync your photos to your phone from your Photos app because you cannot select any to sync in iTunes. It sounds to me like you need to delete the iPod Photo cache folder to get it to work. This article will help you do that:
