In KeyChain, how do I access passwords I have used

I have different passwords for different sites that I visit. I need to see which password I have used; so I don't repeat or if the keychain has suggested it. I would just like a list of what my passwords are.

You can see individual keychained items using Keychain Access (located in your Utilities folder).

Once opened, select your "login" keychain under the "Keychains" section.

Set the Category to "... Passowords".

Locate the item in question, select it.

Near the bottom left corner of the window, select the "i" button.

In the pop-up window, select the "Show password:" checkbox.

Enter the computer account login password.

Select the "Allow" button.

The password for that item will appear in the previous pop-up window's "Show password:" field.

When done, close window and quit Keychain Access.
