Q: AKITIO THUNDER2 QUAD - Not mounting in Lion 10.7.5
Hi,
I have the AKITIO THUNDER 2 QUAD , with currenlty 2 x 2TB SATA drives installed.
Both these drives are for video storage, so there is no OS installed on them.
I have an IMAC 27" 12,2 model ( which only has thunderbolt 1)
In My Imac I have 2 OPERATING SYSTEMS ( each a partition ) from a single 1TB Internal sata drive.
One partition is 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard), and The external Akitio Thunder 2 Quad drive always shows/mounts in this - so this is good.
BUT..
When I boot into the other Partition (which is 10.7.5 Lion - Just Installed and is a clean install) The drives don't show up or mount!
They also don't show up in DISK UTILITY!
But I can see them (sort of) in the system profile and CONNECTED!
Can you please let me know how I can RELIABLY have my AKITO THUNDER 2 QUAD mount in Lion 10.7.5
In my 10.6.8 System this is what I see in the SYSTEM PROFILE for Thunderbolt..
