i lost my 1st iPhone 5s and i got my new phone

can u pls let me knw how to get my all data from my firSt

phone to this new phn .

i save my all data on iCloud id ..

sir when i start my phone and i try to do backup but its show a msg ur phn is ios 8.3 but u need 8.4 thats y i did as a mew ph
