I brought a aecond hand apple iphone 5 but when im trying to sign in icloude acc it says maximum num of free acc has been activate on this device,, so how can i solve this if i wnna contac apple to slove this how can i do that im from sri lanka
There is a limit to how many free accounts can be created on a device, you will have to use a different device/computer to create one
Any iOS device or Mac can create only three iCloud accounts. There is no way round this. If you create an iCloud account on another iOS device or Mac (not Windows) you will be able to sign into it on the present iPhone.
you ment if i create a iclude/apple id using another ios device then i can able to use that account on my ipohne without facing this error again ...sure?????
my account is created using a windows os so now i will create a acc using mac or ios using another device then i will able to use that account on my appple iphone 5 ryt?
You cannot create a new iCloud account via Windows. You can set it up on another iOS device or a Mac, and then sign it onto the iPhone.
