Unable To Download Item, Please Try Again Later

Hi All,

I am currently having this glitches and this message keep pop out "Unable To Download Item, Please Try Again Later". I have off all automatic download, erased all movie & music, try method mentioned by earlier post from here and it still doesn't help. This only happen to iPad mini. Both my phones are fine. I notice that this message will pop out after I add music into My Music in Apple Music with iTunes.
