IOS 8.4 installation error itunes 3014

Hi to all,
I'm trying to install ios 8.4 on my iphone 5 but, after after ios unpacking, itunes do error 3014.

I tried to install it when iphone was on and when was in recovery mode.

After that I reinstalled all Apple software but the result is the same.
I tried with windows 8.1 and OSX Yosemite.
In windows the file hosts is ok and antivirus and firewall are disabled.
I don't know what is the problem, now i have ios 7.1.2 and my iphone model is A1429

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.2

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you are receiving an error 3014 when attempting to update. You have gone through most of the steps in the article below. There are just a couple more that I could recommend. This would include attempting to update on another network.

If you see Error 3194, Error 17, or 'This device isn't eligible for the requested build' in iTunes
