I was going through my contact list and noticed that the "me" is next to one of my contacts and my iCloud account picture is now also of that person. How did that happen and how do I fix it?
iPhone 6, iOS 8.4
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendar>Contacts>My Info. Select your contact information.

This is a user-to-user technical support forum. Apple certainly doesn't have the staff to go around checking every post to see if they have been updated. They do, however, update the iPhone User Guide for ever version of iOS. It includes information such as this.

So, no need to dredge up dormant threads.
Now it's a separate setting for 'contacts' rather than grouped with mail and calendar...
I went thru your steps and found that my contact info is no longer on my phone! Should I restore the previous back-up? Or just enter it in manually?
If nothing else is missing, entering the information manually will be faster
than a restore.
