Where is proper location of Apple Watch to get more accurate heart beat rate?

I used to wear my watch-any kind of- between wrist bone and hand. And I'm wearing my Apple Watch on the same place exactly. But I found out on commercial pictures of Apple Watch, people are wearing Apple Watch behind the wrist bone-not between wrist bone and hand, more further from the hand, more like forearm. Which place is more proper for sensing my heart beat rate accurately?

If you're getting an accurate heart rate, where you're wearing it is fine. If you're not, move it slightly away from your hand. If you're engaged in some sort of activity such as golf or some weightlifting where your wrist is frequently bent back, you may also want to move the watch further up your arm to avoid accidental screen shots.
