Q: My Photo Stream won't update on my Windows 8.1 PC

I have "My Photo Stream" turned on on my wife's Windows 8.1 PC. This did work some time back but have not used it for awhile. I have gone thru the instructions several times but no luck. I also am trying to have "My Photo Stream" update on my Windows 7 and am having the same problem.

Hello slw963,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like My Photo Stream is not working on two Windows computers. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
