When i make video with front camera of iphone 5, there is no voice while it has when take videos with rear camera

I Have an iphone 5, it has no voice over video calls(face time, imo, etc. ) also when i take video with front camrea.

but when i take video with rear camera, there is no problem.

i Tried several apps, i did factory reset, i tried 3G and wifi both, etc. but none of them solved my problem.

i Had IOS 7 with this problem, upgraded to IOS 8.4 but the problem still remains.

please advice on this inquiry

It sounds like your iPhone 5 doesn't record sound with video or FaceTime calls when using the front camera, but the rear camera works normally.

You tried many good troubleshooting steps including restoring the device to factory settings. Since the front camera or microphone still doesn't work, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Authorized Service Provider for more help (as mentioned in Get help with the camera on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch).

thanks for support. U suppose my problem is hardware problem?

the microphone of front camera is different from rear camera microphone?

I Also did a trick, tried the Face time with front camera using hands free accesory, and it worked without problem
