In trying to take photos of tee markers on a golf course (very green) the red markers turned almost black, but the blue and the green markers remained true to color. I use iPhone 6 plus and my software is 8.3 Anything I can do to remedy this? Is there a better app to use than app that came with phone

I understand that when you take a photo, red on a green background displays black. Does this issue happen with and other color combinations or other environments that have red on green?
