How do i delete a second user off my iphone itunes account?

My daughter has got into my itunes account info on my iphone and seems to have changed the login to her email address. I have synched the phone with my itunes account on my computer but whenever i try to log into itunes on my iphone it comes up as her email address and wants her password. She can't remember the password and now has her own account.

How do i get rid of her log-in request on my iphone itunes?

If she signed into her Apple ID on your iPhone, then you may be locked out for 90 days.

After you associate a device with your Apple ID, you can't associate that device with another Apple ID for 90 days.
