iPhone 5 disconnecting from iTunes
I am running iTunes 12.2.0.145, 64bit & IOS 8.4 on my iPhone 5. I keep getting the message "iTunes could not back up the iPhone "iPhone" because the iPhone disconnected." I connect to the internet through the Personal Hotspot on my phone so I must be connected. Windows 7 operating system on PC. Any advice would be appreciated.
