I try to buy an app and it says to put my credit cars information in, so i put my correct information and it says, "For assistance, contact iTunes support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/." I go to the website but it won't help me.
What do you mean "it won't help me". Do you not make contact? Is it asking you to change your details?

I follow the every step the website gives me but it would still say "for assistance...." I have tried a lot of times but it still doesn't work
Have you been to that link and contacted iTunes Support ? If not then you will need to do so (these are user-to-user forums) :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
When you are going to the apple support page the link takes you to scroll down to the bottom right of the very end of the page click contact Apple support and choose to schedule a call at your convenience they are so friendly and really fun as well as outgoing to help I always wonder how fun it must be to work there for the simple fun customer service they are always up for
