I've tried to get it back by moving files around as suggested by another post however this hasn't worked. There is however one playlist left on my iTunes which is the only playlist on my iPhone which has a cloud symbol by it, I think perhaps this music is on my iCloud? I'm rubbish with technology someone please help!

If the missing iTunes music was purchased via the iTunes Store, try downloading your past purchases via the steps in the article below.
