Q: My iTunes music has disappeared since latest update

I've tried to get it back by moving files around as suggested by another post however this hasn't worked. There is however one playlist left on my iTunes which is the only playlist on my iPhone which has a cloud symbol by it, I think perhaps this music is on my iCloud? I'm rubbish with technology someone please help!

I understand you are missing some media from your iTunes library upon upgrading. I am not sure what troubleshooting steps you have gone through already. However, here is an article that I would recommend going through for this issue.

If you don't see your content after updating iTunes

If the missing iTunes music was purchased via the iTunes Store, try downloading your past purchases via the steps in the article below.

Download past purchases from iTunes in the Cloud
