Film has stopped and will not load
just watching film and it has stopped 10mins from end and now will not reload.
turned it all off and reset wifi but still just keeps coming up with words loading
jjust not good

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you were watching a movie and it stopped loading. I would recommend that you read this article since you are connected to the Wi-Fi network, but can't access content.
