Error 3014 after factory restore

Hi

Please can someone help me ? I have tried to restore my Ipad 2 to the factory settings but when it came to load the new IOS8.4 it stops and gives me an error message 3014. I have tried all the solutions available on the Apple help sections and other suggestions from the wider internet but with no success. I suspect it is a connection issue to the Apple servers but I have tried running on 3 different laptops and 2 different broadband connections and I still get the same message. I am now left with an IPad that will not do anything other than show the connection to Itunes start up.

I understand that you see the Connect to iTunes graphic on the display of your iPad and when you try and restore it you receive error 3014. I know you have tried a lot of troubleshooting steps already, but I would suggest reading over the attached article below to help you resolve this situation.


If you see Error 3194, Error 17, or 'This device isn't eligible for the requested build' in iTunes - Apple Support
