My device is getting switched off automatically while using what's app. at times when I open an image or video received in what's app the device gets hang and then reboots loosing some of the previous messages and images. Mine is a new device just two weeks since I bought. It's an I phone 6 plus 64 GB. can someone help me?

first of all thanks for your reply. Now there is a new problem adding on to what I told earlier. Whenever I am opening pictures or videos sent from a particular number, my phone crashes and reboots. The device from which I am receiving some data is android. But my phone doesn't have any problem with other android phones. I'm totally confused!

No, I did not try deleting whats app because when I faced some issues with imo app, I tried reinstalling that but until now I am not able to reinstall imo into my phone.
