Q: My device is getting switched off automatically while using what's app. What would be the problem?

From what I gather, your iPhone 6 Plus occasionally stops responding and restarts unexpectedly. Take a look at the article linked below and make sure your device and apps are up to date.

first of all thanks for your reply. Now there is a new problem adding on to what I told earlier. Whenever I am opening pictures or videos sent from a particular number, my phone crashes and reboots. The device from which I am receiving some data is android. But my phone doesn't have any problem with other android phones. I'm totally confused!

No, I did not try deleting whats app because when I faced some issues with imo app, I tried reinstalling that but until now I am not able to reinstall imo into my phone.
