Q: HELP. "No Service" on my iPhone 6 - iOS 8.4

I have this "No Service" issue on my iPhone 6 iOS 8.4 This happened 2 days ago, after my battery died (expectedly, merely a minute after it still has 1% left), I charged it until it's usable again. I noticed that it shows "No Service" on the upper left. I tried to put the "No Service SIM" on my other iPhone, which is iPhone 5, and nicely it has signal, definitely, I may conclude that it has no SIM issues, I tried to bring back it to my iPhone 6, sadly it still shows "No Service" I did so many things like Airplane mode on/off, manual selection of carrier, hard reset, Reset Network Settings, Firmware upgrade via iPhone 6 Restoration, upto the point when I erase all the settings and data, then restore it, still it shows "No Service". What can you recommend to me before I bring this up to Apple Service Center (that could be miles away from my house)

TLDR: My iPhone 6 iOS 8.4 has "No Service" after recharging it from an intentional dead battery (a minute after 1% mark.) I did many things like hard reset, restoration, and complete erase of data and settings. Still "No Service" HELP.

ADDITIONAL: I already did what Apple recommends me. -> If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data - Apple Support

Does your iPhone connect to WiFi? Does it now show full charge? When you say hard reset, do you mean reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears?

If you did the reboot and it still does not see the cellular network with a valid sim, take it to an Apple Store Genius Bar and have the techs test it for hardware failures.

Yes, it connects to WiFi. It reaches 100% (full charge).

Yes, hard resetting by holding the lock button and home button simultaneously until Apple logo appears.

I'm just trying to find any fixes before I bring the unit tomorrow to Apple Service Center. I have valid SIM (working on my other iPhone)

Considering all you have done, at this point there are not many things left but an Apple technician.

By the way, while you tried the sim in another iPhone and it worked, did you try the sim from that other iPhone in the one having the problem?

Yes, I tried. Unfortunately, the working sim on my other iPhone (5) did not work on the one which has the problem iPhone 6.

I'm having the same issue and I've done everything I can to try fixing it. I'm out of the country on vacation for the next two months and there's no Genius Bar here. Please let us know if you've resolved it and how!

mine seems to be ok now. Erased all content and settings, then did a restore from my latest backup. All good. Hope you come right!

Any updates on this? Did you get it to Apple Service Center?

Here the same exact problem. Iphone6, iOS 8.4. The phone did not catch the carrier network, just showing "searching..." for any well-working SIM from any other iphone including other iphone6.

Does the iPhone show an IMEI? Settings>General>About>IMEI
You may have to scroll to see the entry for IMEI.

If there is no entry for IMEI, make an appointment at the nearest
Apple store to have the iPhone evaluated.

Thanks imobl, but that's not the problem. The IMEI is ok, as always. There is a lot of people commenting on internet about this issue. Now I will try downgrading to ios 8.0...
