Q: Problems with syncing music!

Hello!

I have a problem with Itunes. I cannot sync my music. Under Settings/Music I get:

"iCloud music libarary is on

Iphone can access  your iCloud Music Library. Songs can be downloaded and played via Wifi or mobile network.

Sync voice memos"

I do not get the sync music symbol with the ckeck sign and the other options to sync the entire music library.

I restored my iphone and reinstalled itunes. Nothing has changed.
