Hello , i have just bought an Ipad 4 A1460 with sim slot tray but i couldn't see the cellular data tab under settings to enable it for example when i use a GSM SIM .
i have no history about the product, it's used , so have no information about it or which carrier ...
If anyone could help me thank you 🙂

In order to use cellular data with your iPad you will need an Apple SIM card. See the iPad manual for further information (page 14) - https://manuals.info.apple.com/MANUALS/1000/MA1595/en_US/ipad_user_guide.pdf

Do you have a SIM card in the device? Are there profiles set in the device. If you go to Settings>General>Restrictions, are there any restrictions on, especially about cellular data?
Hello i have this same quection... please i have tried all the suggestions stated except the apple sim which i cnt get in ghana....please a differenT alternative will be duelly appreciated. I learnt that all ipads are unlocked and i find it difficult to understand... that if so... why isnt cellular data tab showing?#
