I accidentally deleted a chain of text messages about a week ago and haven't backed up since. I'd prefer not to restore from backup and lose what I've done since then.
People keep telling me there are good, reputable and affordable third-party sites to help restore the messages deleted but I don't have names. Help!

I don't know who those people are but, I suspect the reason that you don't know any names is that such a website doesn't actually exist.
If you deleted data and didn't have a back up that contains the information, the data is gone. If the backup contains the data, there are reported to be some applications that will extract the data from the back up. Note that's applications not websites. Do an internet search for something like iPhone back up extractor.
i should clarify, my last iCloud back up does have the deleted data. And yes I am looking for names of applcitations I can down,lad to my Mac to extract that deleted chain from the backup without having to do a full restore, since I have a week of photos and other messages on the phone now that have not been backed up.
Hello, I think you can use third party software like iFonebox to recover deleted messages. Such software is able to recover deleted text messages from your iDevice directly. Also, you can extract deleted messages selectively from your iTunes or iCloud backup.

How do I extract specific deleted messages from iTunes or iCloud back ups? The chain of messages is in my last iPhone iCloud back up (i haven't backed up since I accidentally deleted them). When I talked to a Genius Bar rep, they said I could only do a full phone restore from an iCloud back up.
