Q: Help Needed

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.  

I understand that you want to delete duplicate tones that are in your iTunes library.  You can access your tones by selecting the three dots which you can see right next to your highlighted device in your screenshot.  From there navigate to the tones section, select the duplicate tone, right-click and then select delete.
