Is your internal disk the stock HDD or a flash disk - Reference - MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012) - Technical Specifications ?
Was 10.10.4 a separate installation or an upgrade to a previous version of OS X ? What events took place before the speed of Boot became acceptable? There have been recent EFI updates. Mac EFI Security Update 2015-001
EtreCheck is useful despite many misgivings that ASC members may have about it.
