all the automated answering systems are set up for people who have their device in front of them.

I love it when I'm calling my Internet supplier to complain of no access and the answering system recommends that I go on the web for troubleshooting assistance.

Jul 16, 2015 3:27 AM in response to wegrasby dare99,OK, I got through to a human in the end. Phoned back and had to repeatedly say "do not know" at the point where it asks for emei code. After the 3rd time, it put me through to a person.

Jul 16, 2015 3:29 AM in response to dare99by dare99,TTurns out that they'd sent my replacement nearly immediately on receiving my broken one, but UPS had had it for 5 days!
SInce the repair centre is only 35 miles from my house, I hope they consider another delivery service!
