If ou want to cancel it simply turn off automatic subscription renewal.

You can prevent your being charged at the end of the free three months by turning off the auto-renewal as indicated above, but there is no provision for actually cancelling the free trial itself - rather to the annoyance of people who want to change their iTunes Store country and are finding they can't. It's been suggested that approaching Support may result in an exit method being applied, but I've as yet seen no report from anyone who has actually managed to do this. The best support route is probably, go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click 'See all products and services', then ' 'iTunes', and then 'iTunes Store', then 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption'.
TThis is the strangest thing. I want to change the country of my apple ID and it asks me to cancel Apple music subscription. Apple provides no way of doing so.
There are no methods listed anywhere except this mention from roger.

I sent an email to support and they cancelled it. However they said that I will no longer have the option of subcribing to free trial again and will have to pay for it.
There is zero information about this point on any apple documentation or internet.

it was an online support form and not An email. roger is right.

Thanks for posting your Answer, Roger. I had read that in the terms and agreement but needed a "warm-fuzzy" that turning off the auto renew was all I needed to end the Apple Music free trial. It seemed to easy and simple to be true. Yet it is.
